Live-action Teen Titans series casts its Raven!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

So it’s actually happening. After much talk and false starts, we’re finally going to get a live-action TEEN TITANS series from Greg Berlanti, Geoff Johns. and (ugh) Akiva Goldsman called TITANS. Debuting in The Brave and the Bold #54 in 1964, the TEEN TITANS followed the adventures of an alternating roster of young superheroes – such as Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, and Beast Boy – who fight villains and hormonal teen angst in equal measure.

And the first titan has been cast, and it’s none other than the half-demon Goth girl Raven, being played by relative newcomer Teagan Croft. I wonder if she’ll listen to Birthday Massacre in this version?

Either way, are there any TEEN TITANS fans out there? And if so, you guys excited for a live-action TITANS show? Sound off below!

Meanwhile, no official release date as of yet, but it is slated to come out sometime next year to launch a DC-branded direct-to-consumer digital service.
