Image Entertainment has announced the release of the home invasion thriller MISCHIEF NIGHT, which heads to DVD on December 17th. I know a lot of these home invasion flicks have been coming and going lately, but MISCHIEF NIGHT looks like an honest little slasher flick that should be a lot of fun. It doesn't look like it's going to offer anything particularly new to the genre, but sometimes all we really need is a good old fashion slasher flick—plus, there's always potential when you have a knife-wielding maniac chasing around a girl as good looking as Noell Coet!

If you need a refresher on this one, be sure to watch the trailer below—it might surprise you!

You can pre-order your own copy of the flick right HERE!

MISCHIEF NIGHT tells the story of a terrifying home invasion the night before Halloween. Young Emily Walton (Noell Coet), who has suffered from psychosomatic blindness ever since the car accident that took her mother’s life, must summon every instinct at her disposal to protect herself and her loved ones from a mysterious intruder.

The film was helmed by Richard Schenkman from a screenplay by Baget and Schenkman and features a talented ensemble cast that includes veteran actor Daniel Hugh Kelly, Ally Walker, Noell Coet, Charlie O’Connell, Erica Leerhsen, Richard Riehle, Stephanie Erb, and Ian Bamberg.
