Baywatch starring The Rock releases two new Halloween-related promo photos

You know what's weird? We actually have more movies becoming TV shows than TV shows becoming movies now. Remember when that wasn't the case? Not saying there aren't still a lot of TV shows becoming movies (like the upcoming CHiPs), just that it seemed the scales used to tip the other way. My, how times have changed.

Anyway, BAYWATCH starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac "High School High Guy" Efron (that's his nickname, right?) is coming out next year. And to help celebrate Halloween, Paramount Pictures has released a couple promo pics to show off the characters in costume:

Now I don't know about this one. I wasn't much of a fan of the show (by the time I came of age the show was already cancelled and internet porn existed), and I'm always weary of these types of TV show-to-film adaptations. On the other hand, the promo pics do show a fun, goofy tone (which I think is the only one to this property), so it might be more of a BRADY BUNCH-esque spoof, which could be decent. We'll see.

BAYWATCH will run in slow-motion to theatres May 19th, 2017.

So what do you guys think? You down to go to the beach again?

Extra Tidbit: Bawatch had an X-Files-style spin-off series called BAYWATCH NIGHTS.
