Best Trailers of the Week – Avengers 4, Captain Marvel, Sabrina

This was quite the week for trailers, to put it lightly. The Marvel gods blessed us not only with a second CAPTAIN MARVEL trailer, but also our first peek at the highly anticipated AVENGERS 4, or AVENGERS: ENDGAME, as the full title was finally revealed with the trailer drop. Check out the whole lineup below.

Somehow Marvel managed to give us a trailer for AVENGERS 4 that reveals very little, but still looks incredibly exciting. What does it all mean? Is this the end of Iron Man? Can Thanos' actions be reversed? What are Black Widow and Captain America planning? Is Ant-Man going to join the gang in the fight against evil? Has Hawkeye turned to the dark side? I have so many questions, but I'm so glad that I don't have all of the answers yet. This is truly a top notch trailer, and April 26th can't come soon enough.

Not to be outdone, the second trailer for the Brie Larson led CAPTAIN MARVEL looks pretty darn fantastic. It's so exciting to finally see a woman leading a superhero movie, especially when that woman happens to be wearing a beat up, old Nine Inch Nails tee. Also, props to Marevl for that sweet little cat moment. I mean, who wouldn't stop to pet a fluffy kitty when the fate of the world hangs in the balance? Did you see that little guy raise his paw?

Fantastic Fest favorites YOU MIGHT BE THE KILLER and THE STANDOFF AT SPARROW CREEK both debuted trailers this week, MARY QUEEN OF SCOTS previewed two very powerful performances from Margot Robbie and Saoirse Ronan, and a final look at ONCE UPON A DEADPOOL gave us some very honest answers for Marvel's taming of their Merc with a Mouth.

TV trailers for the week included not one, but TWO new spots for CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA, and I couldn't be more excited. As someone who grew up loving SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH, I'll admit I was initially apprehensive about this reboot, but this sweet little Netflix show has stolen my heart, thanks in large part to Kiernan Shipka's adorable take on the girl who makes her own magic. Judging by this week's look at season 2 and the Christmas themed holiday special, I'd say I'm about to be enchanted all over again.

As expected, Marvel delivered the best trailer of the week for none other than AVENGERS: ENDGAME. I mean, just look at it. Tell me you're not entertained.
