Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Smokin' Jesus Titty Cinnamon, Haley Bennett is joining the cast of Eli Roth's Borderlands!

Bennett's character remains a mystery, for now, though we do know that she'll have a connection to the past of Cate Blanchett’s character, Lilith. The rest of the Borderlands cast includes Kevin Hart as Roland, Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Tannis, Ariana Greenblatt as Tiny Tina, Florian Munteanu as Krieg, and Jack Black as the robot you love to hate, Claptrap. Am I the only one who is still feeling blown away by the star power attached to this movie?

Based on the best-selling PC and console gaming experience from developer Gearbox Software and publisher 2K, a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Borderlands has sold more than 66 million units sold worldwide, including over 24 million units of Borderlands 2, which is the highest-selling title in the history of 2K. The most recent installment, Borderlands 3, which launched in September 2019 and was recently released for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, has sold-in more than 11 million units worldwide and was honored with the award for Best Multiplayer Game at Gamescom 2019 and Best Ongoing Game at Gamescom 2020.

Bennett recently starred in Ron Howard's Hillbilly Elegy and Antonio Campos's The Devil All the Time. Soon you'll be able to catch her in Joe Wright's Cyrano, a musical drama starring Peter Dinklage, Ben Mendelsohn, Brian Tyree Henry, and Kelvin Harrison. Jr.

Okay, folks, it's time to place your bets: Who do you think will play Handsome Jack for this thing? Matthew McConaughey? Clive Owen? Nicolas Cage? Let's see your Handsome Jack casting predictions in the comments section below.
