You'll definitely want to check out this first clip from Bryan Singer's X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. This minute long clip is called "Opening Battle," and features several mutants fighting a couple of Sentinels. Sunspot (Adan Canto) and Iceman (Shawn Ashmore) do most of the heavy lifting with their mutant powers in this clip, but Blink (Fan Bingbing) shows off her teleporting abilities as well, and we get to see how Sunspot helps charge Bishop's (Omar Sy) BFG.
Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Ro-, uh Sentinels!
This is why X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST was voted the most anticipated film of this summer. It's pretty intense watching the X-Men battle the Sentinels, because we know not all of the future mutants are going to survive these fights. Any of them could bite it at any moment, and based on the footage in the second trailer, it appears Storm is going to be one of them. Who else will be killed (although with time travel involved, their deaths will probably be "erased" anyway) in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST? I don't know, but I can't wait to find out.
