Well, I was happy to hear that most of you were open to the idea of MACHETE KILLS. Danny Trejo works hard to entertain us with his machete wielding antics.
For those who didn’t get the synopsis for the sequel, it will follow Machete who is, “recruited by the U.S. Government for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man. Machete must battle his way through Mexico to take down a madman cartel leader and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who has hatched a plan to spread war across the planet with a weapon in space. Machete takes on an army in an effort to dismantle a plan for global anarchy.” The villain in the film is said to be “James Bond style”.
Coming Soon dropped some sales art that was made to promote the film at the European Film Market in Berlin this week. Typical Rodriguez style. To double your fun, you might be interested to know that a fake trailer called “MACHETE KILLS AGAIN…IN SPACE!” will play before the film.
