The first ASSASSIN'S CREED trailer didn't debut with BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE like some thought it would, but according to the L.A. Times, it is scheduled to drop sometime tomorrow.

Several new images from director Justin Kurzel's adaptation of the popular video game series have also landed online, courtesy of the newspaper and the Spanish website Omelete, featuring stars Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard and Ariane Labed (THE LOBSTER, BEFORE MIDNIGHT), and Fassbender talked a little about his character during a conversation with the former.

Callum doesn’t belong to anything, doesn’t have a family. We thought it would be interesting to have somebody that was disconnected be faced with what it means to join something so sacrificial.
