Jaime King, who was all kinds of sexy in Robert Rodriguez’ hyper-stylized comic-based noir drama SIN CITY, has signed on to star opposite “Sex and the City” man-candy Jason Lewis in the indie drama THE PARDON. In it, King will play Toni Jo Henry, the only woman to be executed by the state of Louisiana. The film will chronicle the case that resulted in her execution. Mr. Hunky Blondie’s role is as yet unspecified but multiple scenes with his shirt off are a strong possibility. Let’s just hope the same goes for King. Tom Anton will direct from a script he co-wrote with Sandi Russell. Production is currently underway in LA. King can next be seen in the horror thriller THEY WAIT, in the Star Wars-themed dramedy FANBOYS and will again be twenty shades of sexy in the SIN CITY sequel.
