A new behind-the-scenes video from MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PROTOCOL shows Tom Cruise up to his old tricks again. No, not going insane and jumping on couches, doing his own stunts.
That’s right, the little actor has always liked to do his own stunts whenever he can and in GHOST PROTOCOL he got to do perhaps the coolest one ever- walk along the side of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. This thing is 2,723 feet tall, people. For reference’s sake, the taller of the two World Trade Center buildings was 1,368 feet.
So, pretty tall, and you’d have to have some pretty large cojones to run down the windows like it’s any other day, but Cruise does it. Insane stuff- check it out below.
I’m not the biggest fan of the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE series but Brad Bird (IRON GIANT) doing his first live-action film pretty much means I’m required to buy a ticket. Let’s hope for the best.
