SINISTER director Scott Derrickson really knows how to stay busy. With BEWARE THE NIGHT currently filming and plenty of other projects on his plate, it's amazing that he can keep track of it all. And now he has just picked up yet another potential flick. According to Empire, Derrickson nabbed the film rights to Drew Magary’s The Postmortal, or better known in the UK as The End Specialist. Here's how the novel plays out:

Imagine a near future where a cure for aging is discovered and-after much political and moral debate-made available to people worldwide. Immortality, however, comes with its own unique problems-including evil green people, government euthanasia programs, a disturbing new religious cult, and other horrors.

Now that's an intriguing set up! Who knows where this one will end up in Derrickson's long list of projects, but it's definitely one hell of a concept that could make for solid horror flick. That's all we've got for now guys but we'll be keeping a close eye on this one so stay tuned!
