Clive Barker gives his two cents on that Hellraiser sequel; it is no child of his

Remember last week when I showed you all the not so great trailer for HELLRAISER: REVELATIONS? Well it seems that Clive Barker heard about said trailer, and the man aint happy.

Barker took to Twitter and expressed exactly how he feels about the film. “Hello, my friends. I want to put on record that the flick out there using the word Hellraiser IS NO FUCKIN’ CHILD OF MINE! I have NOTHING to do with the fuckin’ thing. If they claim its from the mind of Clive Barker, it’s a lie. It’s not even from my butt-hole.”

So the film is not even from his butt-hole, those are strong words. I really love just how out-spoken he is, and he doesn’t hold anything back. If you are interested in checking the film out, it will be available on VOD on September 1st. The film will then hit DVD and Blu-ray on October 18th.

Two friends in Mexico discover the Lament Configuration and unleash Pinhead, but one decides to try to survive by swapping himself with someone else. Once they go missing, family members go in search of them but find Pinhead instead.

HELLRAISER: REVELATIONS was directed by Victor Garcia, it stars Devon Sorvari, Steven Brand, Sanny Van Heteren, Tracey Fairaway (below), Daniel Buran and Stephan Smith Collins.
