Danielle Harris signs on for Shiver; Reads for Hostel 3?!

Chances are if you’re a fan of the genre, you’re a fan of Danielle Harris. How can you not be? I’ve been a huge Danielle Harris fan since I can remember and I’m sure most of you are in the same boat. What’s not to love about Harris? Everything about her should place her somewhere near the top of your favorite actresses. But enough Danielle Harris praise… let’s get to today’s update!

You see the actress recently updated her Twitter account with a couple very intriguing ‘Tweets.’ Check it:

“SO EXCITED to tackle the most challenging role yet! Gonna star in “Shiver” opposite John Jarratt and Luke Goss. I’m so ready for this;)”

Damn. Is it just me or does Harris seem like one of the busiest actresses in Hollywood? Now I have no idea why Harris would read for a straight-to-DVD sequel like HOSTEL 3 but hey, we still love her. SHIVER on the other hand sounds like it’s a pretty solid choice for Harris! I don’t know about you guys but I’m already intrigued by the project just from Harris’ tweets. But how about some details on this little diddy?

Wendy Alden, a young, attractive secretary in a large urban center (St. Louis) lacking in self- confidence and self-esteem becomes victim of a savage killer who has claimed the lives of a number of other women.

That’s the simple synopsis for the flick, which is based on the 1992 novel by Brian Harper. What do you guys think? Sound like something Harris (below) would kill at?
