SKINNED ALIVE – August 26th

There’s not an ounce of me that wishes anybody to be skinned alive for any reason. Sounds like a really shitty way to go. Then again, there are a few people I come across on the freeway that I wouldn’t mind skinning alive, fry up their skinned faces in a skillet, and serve up with some barbecue sauce and a cold, frosty High Life. Then again, I’ve been known to have a ‘road rage’ problem. It’s not my fault the whole world can’t drive (except for me, of course)!

TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES-THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON – August 19th

Whether it’s your excuse to catch up before the second season, or to pump yourself up for the upcoming T4 (in theaters this May), the TERMINATOR TV series is coming at ya on DVD in a respectable disc set. Nice cover (can’t be said for all TV DVD releases of late), reminding me of some Linda Hamilton T2 action. My only complaint? Um… I don’t have one! Hopefully they’ll be able to keep the series going through another season (you can only run away from a Terminator for so long before it gets boring).

INSANITARIUM – July 15th

I can’t honestly think of a single thing to tell you about this movie. It stars that dude from DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES… ok, that kinda sucks. Um… it stars the devil from CONSTANTINE (among other great roles), so I guess that’s pretty cool. I don’t really like needles, so this cover is freakin’ me out right now. Would I pick it up to simply get freaked out by needles and see what the Nihilist has up his sleeve with this one? Maybe… but probably not.
