Universal has been kind enough to pass on some early details of the upcoming DVD release of Cry_Wolf (see Arrow's review here). The film maintained a love it or hate it tag through out it's theatrical run and now makes it's way to DVD and the kicker, of course, it's unrated! The theatrical and unrated versions will be available separately on December 20th. Some of the early extras are...

Crawling from beneath, comes this news of a DVD release for Columbia Tri Star's The Cave (see Arrow's review here). The disc will be on the shelves on a distant January 3rd, 2006. No extra material has been announced as of yet, but when it is, it will be here as always! Until then, peep the pretty wicked looking cover art below!

Following a pretty successful theatrical run, Columbia Tri Star is already releasing details on it's supernatural-thriller The Exorcism of Emily Rose (see Arrow's review). The film will, surprise surprise, being available in both R-Rated edition and the beloved Unrated edition and available to own on December 20th. The following has been announced for the disc.


  • PG13-Rated Version: 119 Minutes
  • Unrated Version: 121 Minutes
  • 2.40:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer
  • English Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks
  • A Genesis of the Story featurette in which cast and crew talk about how they first heard of the story, and discuss the writing of the script
  • Casting the Film featurette
  • A Visual Design featurette on the production design and effects
