Hot on the heels of the announcement that Garret Dillahunt will be joining AMC's Fear the Walking Dead as a series regular in the upcoming fourth season comes the news that Dharma & Greg star Jenna Elfman will also be joining the show's cast in episodes we'll see next year.

No details on Elfman's character were revealed, but Elfman confirmed her casting on Instagram, sharing the promotional image that hypes the fact that the worlds of Fear the Walking Dead and its companion series The Walking Dead will soon be colliding. The actress captioned the image,

Elfman and Dillahunt's co-stars on the series will include returning cast members Kim Dickens, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Frank Dillane, Ruben Blades, Colman Domingo, and Ray McKinnon.

Fear the Walking Dead began at the start of the world-ending zombie outbreak and is

a gritty drama that explores the onset of the undead apocalypse through the lens of a fractured family.

A premiere date for the fourth season hasn't been announced yet, but it won't be coming until after The Walking Dead wraps up its eighth season next spring.
