FINAL DESTINATION 5, er, excuse me 5NAL DESTINATION, has already lined up a pretty deep cast that includes David Koechner, P.J. Byrne, Tony Todd, Meghan Ory, Nicholas D'Agosto, Ellen Wroe, Arlen Escarpeta and Miles Fisher but was missing an actress to play the film's lead. Well our sister site Arrow in the Head is reporting that 5NAL has found its heroine in FROZEN star Emma Bell.

It's unclear exactly what role Bell would play in the film but she would be the main character who escapes from the collapse of a suspension bridge in the film's opening sequence and slowly realizes that death is coming back for her and each of the survivors. It was previously mentioned that the to-be-killed characters would be on a corporate retreat (that might seem odd for a young actress but Bell is actually 24).

Filming on 5NAL DESTINATION is set to begin later this month in Vancouver under the direction of Steven Quale. New Line will release the film in 3D next August. Bell can be seen next in a starring role in AMC's zombie series "The Walking Dead."

As bad as this film is gonna be, I'm glad to see the franchise keep on pushing through. I've said it before, and I will say it again, to me this and SAW are the new Nightmare or Friday series. I would rather the series continue on through several terrible cheesy films than stop. I know that if the Nightmare series or the Firday stopped, horror fans would be sad. Even through all the bad films,...

The 4th reboot already?
It would be nice if someone would actually cheat death and get away with it, they all die, so whats the point if they escape death a few times in the movie when you know they die in the end of the movie. Would have been nice if devon sawa did survive and they did something with the tony todd mysterious character.

Have hope for this movie. Like the cast somewhat, the premise is better this time around. She gets respect from being from Jersey and one thing I would love to see in this movie is Devon Sawa showing up.

The film is actually confirmed by "insiders" that it will not be called 5nal Destination. I mean, it's obvious the studio won't use it. Even the screenwriter confirmed it wasn't going to be the title.



But back on topic, I'm happy with the actress they selected because she actually has experience! At least we'll get some good performances here.
