Hathaway is Garland

Sexy brunette babe Anne Hathaway has signed on to play iconic singer/actress Judy Garland in an upcoming biopic from The Weinstein Co. Based on Gerald Clarke’s biopgraphy “Get Happy: The Life of Judy Garland”, the film will recount Garland’s early years as a child actor to her final days as the cinematic icon we currently know. Clarke pieced together Garland’s life from hundreds of interviews and Garland’s own unfinished and unpublished biography. TWC will, of course, be setting this film up for some primo awards recognition and will be campaigning heavily for Hathaway to win a Best Actress nod somewhere. Because that’s just what TWC does. Hathaway can next be seen as The White Queen in Tim Burton’s ALICE IN WONDERLAND, his dark and twisted re-imagining of the dark and twisted fable of the same name.
