Earlier this week we got a new teaser for the upcoming season of DAREDEVIL, and in it, we got a glimpse at the returning Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) in his slick white suit. Now the new teaser for the show is entirely focused on him and his rage, which he will harness to take on the title hero (Charlie Cox) and earn back everything that stolen from him. Yes, you could say he is very upset.
The end of THE DEFENDERS found Matt Murdock being inside a building with Elektra (Elodie Yung) when the place imploded, only to wake up in a strange room with a nun at his side. Come this season he’s on the path to fight crime with a brutal fist, questioning his role as the hero. It’s been even longer since we saw Fisk in DD season 2, and with him wanting to get his revenge with an even bigger, more brutal fist this is shaping up to be an exciting showdown between the two enemies.
Here is the plot synopsis:
Missing for months, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) reemerges a broken man, putting into question his future as both vigilante Daredevil and lawyer Matthew Murdock. But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world or embracing his destiny as a hero.
DAREDEVIL season three hits Netflix October 19.
