Saw 6 poster hits
Despite the fact that very few
people seem to care about the SAW franchise anymore, Lionsgate
is gonna keep banging them out until they are no longer making a
profit on the films, which between me and you...may still be a
while! Today, the horror fiends over at Bloody Disgusting managed
the first look at the next installment's poster (we're up to SAW
VI in case you're scoring at home), and much like the SHUTTER
ISLAND poster, it leaves much to be desired, in my opinion.
Click on the to-be-tortured individuals below in order to see the
entire poster. What think you?

Tobin Bell has never been, and to this day is not...a fan of horror movies. Huh. |
and some people hate them...
Here's why
Acting - horrible. Dialog - undeliverable. Plot - incomprehensible (don't like the hole the previous flick dug you into? Who cares, we'll just change things around with a twist). And twist endings have to be quasi-believable, and not be capable of being guessed early on.
Saying there are better than 90% of the crap just means its in the tenth percentile of crap.

Why All The Hate?

Completely agree with Casinova. Sure the quality since the first may have gone down, but they are still original. It intrigues me how many people that hate this franchise love the Friday the 13th or NOES franchise. You're telling me every entry in those franchises had great acting, plot, or dialogue? Please. This has become THAT sort of franchise for our generation, our kids will talk about Saw like how must of us grew up with NOES or F13. They are fun, gory, and at least attempt to have a detailed and continuous story line that connect all films.
Puh-lease
