Well hello creeper trailer of the day!
The trailer for SLEEPING BEAUTY is probably more terrifying than most horror films of late. Why? Um, probably due to the fact that guys are sexing up Emily Browning while she’s asleep. Is she in a Roofie coma? Actually, she sort of is. From what I’ve been reading, Browning’s character joins this high-end club that specializes in a certain kind of fetish. Browning takes strong drugs that knock her out then men have their way with her without her remembering it in the morning.
It’s all just kind of weird. Did I mention it was creepy? Novelist turned director Julia Leigh was behind the camera on this one and wrote the screenplay for it as well.

Synopsis:
“Death-haunted, quietly reckless, Lucy is a young university student who takes a job as a Sleeping Beauty. In the Sleeping Beauty Chamber old men seek an erotic experience that requires Lucy’s absolute submission. This unsettling task starts to bleed into Lucy’s daily life and she develops an increasing need to know what happens to her when she is asleep.”
