I’m not sure what to think about this next Broken Lizard film SLAMMIN’ SALMON. Their first film, SUPERTROOPERS, was quality but CLUB DREAD was absolutely awful and BEERFEST was just OK (and the less said about DUKES OF HAZZARD, the better). Could this be a return to form? Collider has posted a red-band trailer for SALMON and it looks like it’s got a few laughs. But can this hold up for an entire movie?
The film stars Michael Clark Duncan as a former boxer and current restaurant owner who tries to motivate his crew with a GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS like challenge. Whoever sells the most food win. Whoever doesn’t gets their ass kicked. Check it out below and let me know what you think…
