Odds are, you have seen GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY by now. If you haven’t, why the heck are you reading this story? I will politely ask you to get the hell out of here rather than endure comments that we shouldn’t dare post this online. You choose fruit, you live with fruit. Got it?

Now, if you are still here, chances are you know exactly which scene I am referring to. No, it isn’t Peter Quill discussing black-lights. No, it isn’t Rocket referring to jerks in a circle. And no, it isn’t the dance off scene. No, the scene that seems to have taken fans by storm is the non sequitur from the conclusion of GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY featuring Baby Groot dancing to a classic Jackson 5 song.

Much like most of GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, James Gunn nailed this moment by not making it a major cliffhanger connecting to AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON or even a tease of what is to come in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2. What Gunn did with this scene is encapsulate everything that made the movie so much fun in under sixty seconds. So, go ahead and rewatch the great Baby Groot scene and Drax’s perfect reaction below. Or, go see the whole movie again.
