Green Lantern and Green Arrow revealed as playable characters in Injustice 2

Last Updated on July 31, 2021

Since the dawn of comics, people have been asking the age old question: who would win in a fight?  Before fighting games it was all conjecture and spotty canon (like the time Batman escaped a grapple from Hulk by punching his ears). However, now you can settle your differences in fighting games, like the upcoming INJUSTICE 2.

And luckily for us obsessive nerds, more combatants have entered the fray – Green Lantern and Green Arrow! Let's take a look at them in action:

To be fair, I'm not the biggest fan of "evil Superman" narratives (save RED SON or the Justice Lords in JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED CARTOON), as they get tedious; however, the gameplay still looks fuckin' awesome! And although the Greens are pretty well-known at this point, I'm glad the game is also digging in for some deeper cuts, like Dr. Fate.

Meanwhile, INJUSTICE 2 will come to consoles May 16th, 2017.
