Insidious returns to Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

It might be the middle of July, but the October season is approaching faster than you can say "crap, where did I leave my Sonny Bono wig?" Over at Universal Studios, things are already kicking into high gear as they've announced their second maze for their highly popular Halloween Horror Nights attraction, which will be based on INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 3 as well as the franchise as a whole. The maze will haunt both stateside parks, joining the CRIMSON PEAK maze in Hollywood and the FREDDY VS JASON maze in Orlando:

Guests will investigate unexplained phenomena in the Lambert family’s eerie Victorian home and find themselves at the ghastly séance that unleashes chaos and horror. They’ll journey into “The Further” – a supernatural realm that houses tormented spirits – and face deadly ghosts and demons like the Woman in Black and Red-Faced Demon who will stop at nothing to infiltrate the world of the living.

This maze is a return attraction to the Halloween horror nights, though the addition of CHAPTER 3's Man Who Can't Breathe is sure to be a spine-tingling experience for thrill seekers. Check out the official video announcement, featuring director/writer Leigh Whannell, below!
