Can you believe the first time we wrote about THE TALL MAN was back in May 2010. That’s well over two years ago. Two years! That’s kind of ridiculous, no? Especially considering the flick really doesn’t look half bad. Then again how much can you really tell without a single trailer.

Alas it’s no trailer but today we do have a look at the newest theatrical poster for THE TALL MAN courtesy of the guys over at Bloody-Disugsting. You can get a look at that shite by scrolling on down below. Now I know it isn’t much but I’m definitely digging this new one-sheet. Creepy, eery and right to the point. I like it! What says you guys? Spit some bullets below and let us know if you’re jiving with this new poster.

In an isolated, slowly dying mining town, children are vanishing without a trace – abducted, the townsfolk whisper, by a mysterious entity known locally as “The Tall Man.” Town nurse Julia Denning seems skeptical…until her young David disappears in the middle of night. Frantic to rescue the boy, Julia lives every parent’s darkest nightmare in this twisting, shock-around-each-corner thriller from acclaimed director Pascal Laugier (“Martyrs”) called THE TALL MAN.

The film, which comes from the one and only Pascal Laugier, stars the gorgeous Jessica Biel (below) as she runs from this mysterious creeper along with Jodelle Ferland, Stephen McHattie, William B. Davis and Samantha Ferris. THE TALL MAN will be getting a limited theatrical release on August 31st before dropping onto DVD on September 25th courtesy of Image Entertainment.
