Martin goes to college

Martin Lawrence and Raven-Symone have signed on to star in the upcoming Disney coomedy COLLEGE ROAD TRIP for Disney. The film will star Raven as an ambitious high school senior who goes on a campus tour with her father, an overprotective cop. Martin Lawrence shouting at people to stop staring at his daughter’s glorious cleavage ensues. Roger Kumble (CRUEL INTENTIONS) will direct the film for Disney. The pic could be a breakout role for Raven who has watched while pals like Lindsay Lohan have gone on to superstardom. The actress stars on the popular Disney Channel TV series “That’s So Raven.” Lawrence is apparently looking to follow in the footsteps of pal Eddie Murphy and segue into family films with WILD HOGS and now a teen Disney comedy. I guess it’s better than NATIONAL SECURITY 2. Filming on ROAD TRIP is expected to begin this summer in New England.
