Today Netflix has decided to treat horror fans to a collection of first look photos from their upcoming horror series CHAMBERS starring Quentin Tarantino film alumna Uma Thurman. When the show arrives to haunt the streamer later this year, CHAMBERS will center on a young heart attack survivor who becomes consumed by the mystery surrounding the heart that saved her life. However, the closer she gets to uncovering the truth about her donor's sudden death, the more she starts taking on the characteristics of the deceased — some of which are troublingly sinister. Dun dun dunnnn!

Created and executive produced by Leah Rachel and Alfonso Gomez Rejon with producers Winnie Kemp, Wolfgang Hammer, Jennifer Yale, and Steve Gaghan, CHAMBERS stars Uma Thurman (KILL BILL series, PULP FICTION), Tony Goldwyn (SCANDAL, GHOST), newcomer Sivan Alyra Rose , Lilliya Reid (VIENNA AND THE FANTOMES), Nicholas Galitzine (THE BEAT BENEATH MY FEET, THE CHANGEOVER), Kyanna Simone Simpson (WHITE BOY RICK, BLACK LIGHTNING), Lilli Kay (PATERNO, MADAM SECRETARY), Sarah Mezzanotte (BLUE BLOODS, SEARCH PARTY) and will introduce Griffin Powell-Arcand.

While recently talking up her new series, Rachel said: “Taking place in a mystic, New Age pocket of Arizona, Chambers is a psychological horror story that explores the different ways we metabolize trauma. But what starts out as a grounded human story eventually pivots into something far more strange and fucked up than you were expecting.”

"Strange and fucked up," you say? Uma Thurman as a contributing star of the series? Yup. This project is already ticking a few boxes for me, and I will definitely be checking it out. Will you? Let us know if the concept for CHAMBERS tickels your fancy in the comments section below.
