Resident Evil VIII: Fan re-imagines Lady Dimitrescu in Marvel vs. Capcom!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

So the internet is absolutely smitten with Lady Dimitrescu, the giant vampire lady from Capcom's upcoming Resident Evil Village. I mean, I haven't seen so many digital hearts a-flutter since the rise of Bowsette in what seems like eons ago at this point!

However, it can't be denied that she has been rendered to be striking, and one fan – Twitter user @countgate – has gone the extra mile to create custom sprites for the character, if she were to be a fighter in the Marvel vs. Capcom series (as there's precedence for them utilizing Resident Evil characters as combatants, including Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield).

You can see them for yourself below, as @countgate depicts Dimitrescu taking on Gambit from Marvel's X-Men:

Meanwhile, Resident Evil Village will be coming to current-gen consoles May 7th!

So what do you guys think? Fans of Marvel vs. Capcom? If so, would you play as Lady Dimitrescu, if given the chance? Either way, sound off below!
