Review:
In one word: preposterous!

Of course, I knew going in that I was basically gonna rate this movie on a “cheeze” level, but even still…boy-oh-boy, did this movie ever manage to STREEEEEEEEETCH the bounds of believability or what?!

I dug a lot of the one-liners between Stallone and Russell, the chemistry between the two and the young Teri Hatcher (no T&A, kids), but most of the jokes fell flat, the plot just got TOTALLY ridiculous after a while, and the overblown, bombastic, COMMANDO-style, “let’s see how many people we could kill before getting shot with one bullet” ending was just too much.

Although I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see Jack Palance completely CHEW UP the scenery with one of the most OVER THE TOP “bad guys” ever put to screen.

A nice cheesy try but not enough oomph for your parmesan-paying ass.
