Terror takes to the skies in an intense trailer for Amazon’s 7500

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Ever since the unspeakable events of 9/11, acts of terror being perpetrated at an average of 31,000 feet above ground have remained an ever-present concern for those taking to what used to be refered to as the "friendly skies." Be that as it may, some places can only be reached by way of the big blue, and until humans are born with wings or invent an alternative means of untethered travel, we'll continue to place our lives and trust in the fine men and women whose heads are almost always in the clouds.

7500, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime on Wednesday has cleared  a trailer for their original airplane hijacking thriller 7500 for takeoff. The film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Tobias, an American co-pilot on a flight from Berlin to Paris. When terrorists try to seize control of the flight, a mild-mannered Tobias struggles to save the lives of the passengers and crew.

Directed and co-written by Patrick Volrath with Senad Halibasic, 7500 also stars Omid Memar (THE COLLINI CASE), Murathan Muslu (ANNA FUCKING MOLNAR), and Aylin Tezel (BREAKING HORIZONS).

7500 will touch down safely on Amazon Prime beginning on June 19.
