A new entry in the TERMINATOR franchise is currently filming in Spain, which is standing in for the story's Mexico setting. During production, Linda Hamilton has been spotted on set, reprising the role of Sarah Connor from the first and second TERMINATOR films, we've seen pictures of Hamilton's co-star Mackenzie Davis as her "soldier-assassin from the future" character (possibly named Grace), and there has been confirmation that Brett Azar, who was the CGI stand-in for the scenes that required a younger version of Arnold Schwarzenegger in TERMINATOR: GENISYS, will be doing the same job on this new sequel, this time joined by Jude Collie, who will be Edward Furlong's CGI stand-in for scenes that take place during the time of TERMINATOR 2.

Now fans have gotten some footage of actor Gabriel Luna (pictured above on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) on the set of the new film. Luna will be playing a Terminator, and from the looks of things quite a casual Terminator. He was even seen strumming a guitar while strolling down the street… It's not clear if we're actually going to get a Terminator musical interlude this time around, or if this is just something that was being shot for the amusement of Luna and the crew.

The scene being filmed involved Luna's Terminator stopping by a Cyber Cafe to speak to a waitress. A clip of Luna on set, including the guitar moment, is embedded below.

The new TERMINATOR is being directed by DEADPOOL's Tim Miller and produced by franchise creator James Cameron. David S. Goyer and Billy Ray wrote the screenplay.

Cast members yet to be spotted include Natalie Reyes as new heroine Dani, Diego Boneta as Dani's brother, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

This latest TERMINATOR film is only acknowledging the events of the first two films and ignoring the other sequels (RISE OF THE MACHINES, SALVATION, and GENISYS). The film is scheduled to reach theatres on November 22, 2019.
