Trick/Treat DVD covers!

The entire horror community is anxiously anticipating the upcoming DVD release of the new Halloween classic TRICK ’R TREAT some time this October. Today, to further whet our insatiable appetites, we have a look at two different box covers for the flick (above and below) courtesy of AICN.

Now, is it just me or does the one up top remind you of one of the posters for ROB ZOMBIE’S HALLOWEEN? Don’t get me wrong, though, I still thinks it’s perfectly cool. I’m not so sure about the cover below, however. Maybe it’s because that one actually reminds me of the cover for SATAN’S LITTLE HELPER. What say you about both one-sheets? Could one be for a Special Edition? Or is one for the DVD and the other for Blu-Ray? Who knows? And personally, I don’t care. I’m still buying the damn thing the day it comes out. And as soon as that day is made known, you can be your entire bag of candy that we’ll be passing on the info.
