Split/Unbreakable sequel, Glass, coming with Willis, McAvoy & Jackson

Last Updated on July 31, 2021

Today, M. Night Shyamalan has revealed (via his Twitter feed) that Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, and James McAvoy will join  him for a "crazy comic book thriller" with GLASS, a sequel to both UNBREAKABLE and SPLIT. Additionally, the film will be produced by Jason Blum and is expected for a January 18, 2019 release.

Along with the news, Shyamalan stated, "It was always my dream to have both films collide in this third film."

Alright, I suppose that I should finally break down and see SPLIT, huh? I've heard really good things about it from plenty of people, though I must admit that Shymalan's on-again-off-again track record has kept me at a distance up until today. Forget what I think about all of this, though. Did you see SPLIT? Are you a fan of UNBREAKABLE? How does the idea of these two movies coming together make you feel? Let us know in the comment section below!

Once again, GLASS is scheduled for a January 18, 2019 release.
