Justin Timberlake plans to Troll us hard with his next feature film

Justin Timberlake is lining up to Troll all of us… as in as an actual Troll.

There's a musical comedy on deck centered around those weird dolls with the colored hair, and now Timberlake is a part of it, signing onto the DreamWorks Animation production in the male lead of Branch. Branch is some sort of hardcore survivalist who i all about keeping his true colors hidden, but, with Anna Kendrick already attached as Princess Poppy, you just know she's going to be the one who helps him break out of his shell and embrace his true self.

Man, I should be getting paid to write these. It's almost too easy.

It's been a little while since Timberlake took the lead in a feature – RUNNER RUNNER in 2013 – so perhaps this could take better advantage of what he does best, namely work his charisma and personality and use his gift for song. We already know Anna Kendrick has that going for her, so together this may turn out much better in execution than it sounds on paper.

You're going to get TROLLS on November 4, 2016 from 20th Century Fox.
