It's been known for a while now that Colossus will appear in Tim Miller's DEADPOOL (with Andre Tricoteux taking over for Daniel Cudmore), but what hasn't been clear is how big of a role he'll have. Is he just going to have a cameo, or will the metal mutant be teaming up with the "Merc with the Mouth" for a good chunk of the upcoming movie?

During a Q&A at the Amazing Hawaii Comic-Con, Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld told the crowd that “You are going to love Colossus. He’s in – I hope Fox doesn’t get mad at me – he's in it a good amount. He doesn’t just walk through the movie.”

While that's obviously awesome news for fans of the character, I'm still very curious as to exactly how he will be used in the film. But based on Liefeld's comments, it does sound like Colossus will have a solid amount of screen time in DEADPOOL. Do you think more Colossus is a good thing, and what do you think are Fox's future plans for the character?

DEADPOOL is set to open on February 12, 2016.
