Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis star in the trailer for Moonquake Lake

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

When you have no choice, how do you choose?

That is the powerful and stirring question at the core of the upcoming romantic scifi fantasy MOONQUAKE LAKE starring Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, and Rihanna. Inspired by the 19th century novel of the same name, MOONQUAKE LAKE is the tale of star-crossed lovers, one from a small town in the Pacific Northwest and the other from the Moon. Together, they must defy the odds and break the curse that holds both of their families on the brink of extinction.

Made in secret by Sony Pictures, MOONQUAKE LAKE is the surprise release this holiday season as it opens in select theaters across the globe on December 19th. Check out the brand new trailer below.

Okay, so I totally made all of that up, but I had you going for a minute, didn’t I? This trailer is featured in the upcoming film ANNIE starring Jamie Foxx, Cameron Diaz, and Rose Byrne. it is clearly poorly made by director Will Gluck, but I had to share it to see if anyone would believe for a second that this movie would get a theatrical run. So, heap on the hate for movies that actually exist like this or the fact that ANNIE is going to be pretty bad because ANNIE actually is coming to theaters on December 19th.
