Cool Horror Videos: Witness post-apocalyptic vengeance in A Killer of Men

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

If the awesomeness of MAD MAX: FURY ROAD has left you jonesing for more action set in a post-apocalyptic desert, writer/director Gregg Meller’s short film A KILLER OF MEN has just what you’re looking for.

Starring Riley Bodenstab, David Dastmalchian, and Joe Reitman, the short tells the following story:

Shot and left for dead by the commune of murderers and thieves who raised him, an 18 year-old pure-bred killer must trek across the lawless desert wasteland to exact his revenge and rid the world of their evil.

Meller made A KILLER OF MEN as his grad school thesis, and is now seeking to expand the concept into a feature film that he promises will be “bigger, louder, and a whole lot bloodier”. I say, bring it on. I would gladly watch a feature version of this.
