Doom Patrol, season 3, cast, Michelle Gomez

Doom Patrol is set to welcome Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Doctor Who actress Michelle Gomez as Madame Rouge for Season 3.

The role is a recurring one, which will have Gomez playing Laura De Mille, a French actress who after an automobile accident, developed a dual good/evil split personality. According to reports, she'll arrive at Doom Manor with a very specific mission… if only she could remember it.

In Doom Patrol, an eclectic group of heroes has gathered to get weird as members of the superhero community, including Cliff Steele aka Robotman (Brendan Fraser), Larry Trainor aka Negative Man (Bomer), Jane aka Crazy Jane (Guerrero), Rita Farr aka Elasti-Woman (Bowlby), and Victor Stone aka Cyborg (Joivan Wade). All of them have experienced a trauma of some sort that led to the manifestation of their special abilities, but with the help of The Chief (Timothy Dalton), they come together to help investigate phenomena as unique as them. When The Chief disappears, they spring into action when Cyborg presents them with a mission they can’t refuse.

When she's not playing Madam Satan for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Gomez can be found playing Miranda Croft for The Flight Attendant, on HBO Max. Gomez is also set to lend her voice to the character Morag for The Loud House. In Nickelodeon's The Loud House Movie, the biggest family on television goes on the biggest Loud family vacation ever. The adventure follows the Loud family to Scotland where they discover that they are descendants of Scottish royalty.

We're huge fans of Ms. Gomez in my house. From her stellar run as Missy (aka The Master) for Doctor Who to her scene-stealing role as Madam Satan for Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. She's absurdly good at playing evil, and I can only imagine what she'll do with a part that has her playing split personalities. We could be in for a very wild ride, my friends. Hand on tight for when Doom Patrol returns.
