Featurette released for HBO horror series The Third Day!

HBO has recently released a new featurette for their upcoming, surreal limited horror series THE THIRD DAY (which you can watch at the top of the artcile). Here's the official synopsis:

The line between reality and fantasy begins to blur for a man visiting a mysterious Island off the British coast.

Looks like it could be good! Has a very MIDSOMMAR/LOST vibe, vis-a-vis the whole premise of being stuck on an island with specific rituals, as well as mysterious psychological/paranormal elements that need to be investigated and uncovered. Also just looks really pretty, cinematography-wise.

Meanwhile, THE THIRD DAY – starring Jude Law and Naomie Harris – will premiere on HBO and HBO MAX September 14th!
