It may be a TV channel, but HBO movies are not of the Lifetime variety. They’ve made incredible films in recent years, most notably RECOUNT with Kevin Spacey and YOU DON’T KNOW JACK with Al Pacino.
Their next is GAME CHANGE which focuses on the McCain campaign decision to pick Sarah Palin as his running mate in the 2008 presidential election. Ed Harris and Julianne Moore fill the top two roles with Woody Harrelson as a campaign adviser.

The first teaser is below and wow, I’m impressed with how both actors have transformed themselves. If I had to guess, this won’t be a pretty picture of either figure, but I’m looking forward to seeing what HBO has done with the story.
