A new red-band trailer for NEIGHBORS has moved in and it's pretty damn hilarious. Starring Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, and Jake Johnson, the comedy about a couple dealing with an obnoxious frat house that moves in next door is pretty standard in terms of plot, but with the comedic stylings of Rogen, Byrne, and Efron look to make this a standout. It's hard to call when it comes to comedies, but so far this is looking like one of the must-see comedies of the summer.

Like the review blurbs in the trailer, I've heard great things about this from folks who've seen it, which only serves to heighten my anticipation. I'm a big fan of Stoller's and Rogen rarely disappoints (minus GUILT TRIP, of course). Byrne has proven to have great comedic timing as well, with flicks like BRIDESMAIDS and I GIVE IT A YEAR, and isn't too hard on the eyes, either. Efron is probably the toughest sell, but this really looks like it could be the breakout "grown-up" role he's looking for (ironically, as a frat house leader). Based on all those factors, this is one I'll definitely want to check out in a packed theater.
