John Carpenter joins Nick Castle and crew on Blumhouse’s Halloween set!

Last week we let you guys know (via the man himself) just what made John Carpenter stop hating on the HALLOWEEN franchise and become a positive influence on the upcoming Blumhouse sequel.

Well, today we have confirmation that Mr. Carpenter is keeping to his word on being an active, positive force behind the scenes of the new film as HALLOWEEN co-producer Ryan Turek just posted a pic on Twitter showing Carpenter on set with Nick Castle.

Awesome to see Carpenter and Castle back at it on the set of a HALLOWEEN flick, huh? Can't say I ever thought I'd see this day come to pass. Let us rejoice and be glad. Thanks for the pic, Ryan!

HALLOWEEN (2018) synopsis:

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

The film is directed by David Gordon Green (PINEAPPLE EXPRESS) from a script by Green and Danny McBride and stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Andi Matichak, Judy Greer, James Jude Courtney, and Nick Castle.

Blumhouse's HALLOWEEN hits theaters October 19, 2018.
