Paul Feig's GHOSTBUSTERS is right around the corner, so love it or hate it, this will all be over soon. In these four new "character vignettes," we get a chance to introduce ourselves to each of the Ghostbusters individually, learning a bit more about their characters and what they bring to the table.
The four heroines are Erin (Kristen Wiig), a professor at Columbia University, Abby (Melissa McCarthy), a dedicated believer, Holtzman (Kate McKinnon), a brilliant engineer, and Patty (Leslie Jones), a haunting victim who joins the team. There's also plenty of new clips that delve into the characters' mechanics (literally and figuratively). Check them out below!
The synopsis:
Dead criminals from all eras of New York’s underbelly past have returned to roost among the living in Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters reboot. Pilgrims, old-timey sailors, Revolutionary War spirits, and even a couple of zoot-suited gangsters are ready to take on four formidable female busters looking to rid the city of its phantasmic filth.
The GHOSTBUSTERS reboot also stars Chris Hemsworth, Neil Casey, Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams, Matt Walsh, Pat Kiernan, Cecily Strong, and Charles Dance.
It will feature cameos from the original Ghostbusters as well as Annie Potts, Sigourney Weaver, and Ozzy Osbourne, not to mention Slimer and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
The new film will haunt theatres on July 15th.
