Jake Gyllenhaal and Naomi Watts set to board Jean-Marc Vallee’s Demolition

Naomi Watts is currently in talks to act alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in Jean-Mar Vallee's DEMOLITION. With a screenplay written by Bryan Sipe, DEMOLITION follows an investment banker who finds his life in a downward spiral after the death of his wife. Things begin to change for the better after a chance meeting with a single mother (Watts).

I've always liked Jake Gyllenhaal as an actor and between PRISONERS, ENEMY, and that uber-weird preview that hit Craigslist the other day, the man seems to be tearing it up like there's no tomorrow. Sounds find by me. Naomi Watts has always been a solid actress and despite two Oscar nods (21 GRAMS, THE IMPOSSIBLE), I'm sure she has a lot more to show audiences in the coming years.
