Filmed on location in the Imperial Courts projects outside Los Angeles, IMPERIAL DREAMS is a gangster fairy tale about a father's struggle to build a better life for his son. This Netflix original film stars John Boyega and will stream globally on February 3, but you can check out the trailer for the film below.
I can't help but acknowledge that former First Order trooper, John Boyega, is starring in a film entitled, "Imperial Dreams", but there ya have it! It'll be fascinating to follow the careers of both Boyega and Daisy Ridley outside of STAR WARS. They will inevitably be known as Finn and Rey for the rest of their days, but that doesn't mean they can't line up some solid projects on the way. Boyega is currently filming PACIFIC RIM 2, but it looks like IMPERIAL DREAMS will be a decent way to watch him flex his dramatic muscle.
IMPERIAL DREAMS will hit Netflix on February 3rd.
