Netflix greeted us with first-look images from their upcoming film Stowaway just two days ago and now the streamer has unveiled the first trailer for their mission to Mars sci-fi thriller.
Stowaway is written by Joe Penna and Ryan Morrison with Penna also serving as director. Onboard for this mission in outer space is Anna Kendrick, Toni Collette, Daniel Dae Kim, and Shamier Anderson. Netflix obtained the distribution rights to the film back in December of 2020 and the platform has set a release date of April 22, 2021. You can read the official logline from Netflix below:
"On a mission headed to Mars, an unintended stowaway accidentally causes severe damage to the spaceship’s life support systems. Facing dwindling resources and a potentially fatal outcome, the crew is forced to make an impossible decision."
