In 2011 we saw the apes take on a whole new form in RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES, and since then we’ve seen their DAWN and this July we’ll see them go to WAR as they take on the big bad humans in the ultimate battle for global dominance. All of that into perspective by showing off the two factions going head-to-head in this action packed final trailer for movie. And, as you can see, the apes are getting very emotional.
WAR is going to give us the movie audiences have been wanting since the series was rebooted years ago, and that’s human v. ape action in the fight that will inevitably lead to the world we were introduced to in the original Charlton Heston film. The last two movies were terrific and based on how director Matt Reeves said they approached this film I’m gonna put all my bananas in and say this could be the best of the bunch.
