We Talk Supernatural, Tough Accents and Scares with the cast of THE WITCH!

THE WITCH from writer/director Robert Eggers is a superb beast of a flick. This atmospheric tale of a family in 1630's New England facing dark forces is a chillingly creepy mood piece. It also helps that the cast is terrific. From the incredible lead performance from Anya Taylor-Joy (in her first feature film) to the powerful work from Ralph Ineson and Kate Dickie, this is one hell of a fantastic thriller.

Recently, we sat down with Eggars and his cast. Considering THE WITCH is such a creepy little gem, it was nice to chat with such a happy group of actors. Anya is absolutely charming as she talks about how this is the kind of thing that she loves. And as for both Dickie and Ineson, they are very, very different from the puritanical husband and wife they play in the film - that's acting folks. This fantastic little film opens this coming Friday, and if you are a horror fan looking for something different, you owe it to yourself to see this on the big screen.
