Polycarp trailer

Before Christmas
we
told ya’ll about a one line film role being auctioned off in the film
POLYCARP
, which was written by Kenneth Del Vecchio and directed by George
Lekovic. The part was sold off for 11 grand, but the money was helping charity;
so even though slightly expensive the cause was quite just.

Anyways, POLYCARP co-star Brandon Slagle
(who also starred in the post-apocalyptic film

SUBJECT 87
) dropped me a line today informing me that the trailer for
POLYCARP is online (and seen below) as well as the
MySpace
page
.

I watched the trailer earlier tonight and was
digging what I was seeing. POLYCARP is about a
series of horrific murders, the occult, biblical prophecy and sex  all
clashing in a melee of gore and mystery, with psychiatrists, attorneys, homicide
detectives and rock stars all being suspects.
Reminding me of the film
SE7EN
, POLYCARP seems to have a nice balance of intertwined stories
and cool visual effects.

POLYCARP has premiered in New Jersey
already (with rave reviews) and will hopefully be hitting DVD shelves soon. To
find out more about this cool little flick, check out the official MySpace page
here.
